Welcome to the Derry Township School District’s virtual learning platform; Trojan Academy. This program is an extension of Hershey High School, Middle School and Elementary schools in the Derry Township School District. The Trojan Academy virtual program is dedicated to fostering community, connection, and academic excellence for all learners in Derry Township. Our mission is to provide students with access to the full range of public school course offerings in a flexible online format, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to graduate with a Hershey High School diploma.

As part of our annual Comprehensive Planning process, the district is reviewing our Flexible Instructional Days (FID) program. We want to hear directly from our families. Your feedback will help us decide whether to continue offering FID days and how to improve the experience, including addressing concerns some families raised last year about having multiple FID days in a row.

Our students and staff took time today to learn about and reflect on the tragedy of 9/11, as well as its connection to our Hershey community. Each year, HHS alumnus Doug Jones joins us to share more about the events of September 11 and the story of HHS graduate Michael Horrocks, who was serving as co-pilot of United Airlines Flight 175, the second plane to strike the World Trade Center.

New for the 2026–2027 school year: Hershey High School is now offering a Unified Music class! Unified Music brings together regular education and special education students to make music together. It is a meaningful way for students collaborate and learn something new through listening, preforming, movement and creating, no matter the background and experince level.

The Hershey High School Athletic Hall of Fame Operations committee is proud to announce the 22nd Induction Class of 2026. The Luncheon and Ceremony will take place on Friday September 18, 2026, 10:30amat the Hershey Country Club.
